BAD COMPANY

1 Corinthians 15:33-34

33 Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.” 34 Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.

Did your parents ever tell you “you are the company you keep”? Well I’m sure most of us have heard his and unfortunately it seems to be true. If we hang out with unbelievers, we find ourselves sinning or doing as they do. In the old Testament, God even told the Israelites not to eat certain foods. It was not that the food was not good, it was to separate them from the unbelievers. Today is no different God wants us to live a right life and when we associate with the wrong people, a lot of the time the temptations to do wrong overcomes us and we become bad company also. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and keep away from bad company because they don’t want to walk with Jesus.
