DOUBTING GOD

Proverbs 5:18-21

18 May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth. 19 A loving doe, a graceful deer—may her breasts satisfy you always, may you ever be intoxicated with her love. 20 Why, my son, be intoxicated with another man’s wife? Why embrace the bosom of a wayward woman? 21 For your ways are in full view of the LORD, and he examines all your paths.

5:18-20 God does not intend faithfulness in marriage to be boring, lifeless, pleasureless, and dull. Sex is a gift God gives to married people for their mutual enjoyment. Real happiness comes when we decide to find pleasure in the spouse God has given or will give us, and to commit ourselves to meeting the needs of our spouse. The real danger is in doubting that God knows and cares for us. We then may resent his timing and carelessly pursue sexual pleasure without his blessing. Tyndale. Life Application Study Bible NIV

Well what a way to start the day?? Sex has become such a acceptable norm in todays society that sex outside the marriage is become common instead of uncommon. But that doesn’t change God’’s original plan and the way sex was intended. And having a happy partner in marriage is also become a very few happenings in society today because of the break down of family and society making it so easy for divorce today!!!ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and wait for God to give us the right partner for marriage and stay clear of any casual sexual endeavors as society puts it, in your life. And wait on God to give us that partner not just a fling for the moment. Because doubting God will always end in a failed relationship.
