Proverbs 13:10 New International Version (NIV)

10 Where there is strife, there is pride, but wisdom is found in those who take advice

13:10 “I was wrong” or “I need advice” are difficult phrases to utter because they require humility. Pride is an ingredient in every quarrel. It stirs up conflict and divides people. Humility, by contrast, heals. Guard against pride. If you find yourself constantly arguing, examine your life for pride. Be open to the advice of others, ask for help when you need it, and be willing to admit your mistakes. Tyndale. Life Application Study Bible NIV

Boy is that a true thing we never want to admit we are wrong!! Another case of PRIDE!!!! Along with thinking we know it all we NEVER want to admit defeat or being wrong. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and kick the old prideful man out the door and allow Jesus to fill your life with pride of what Jesus has done in your life and the humility to say you don’t know it all!!!
