Psalm 96:13

13 Let all creation rejoice before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth.

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10

He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his faithfulness 9 for they themselves report what kind of reception you gave us. They tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, 10 and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.

1:9-10 All of us should respond to the gospel as the Thessalonians did: Turn to God, serve God, and wait for the return of his Son, Christ, from heaven. We should turn from sin to God because Christ is coming to judge the earth. We should be fervent in our service because we have little time before Christ returns. We should be prepared for Christ to return because we don’t know when he will come.

1:10 Paul emphasized Christ’s second coming throughout this book. Because the Thessalonian church was being persecuted, Paul encouraged them to look forward to the deliverance that Christ would bring. A believer’s hope is in the return of Jesus, our great God, and Savior (Titus 2:13). Our perspective on life remains incomplete without this hope. Just as surely as Christ was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven, he will return (Acts 1:11). Tyndale. Life Application Study Bible ..

This should give us all the knowledge and hope for the day that Christ will return. Also giving us the knowledge that He will judge all wrongs done in the days before His return. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS knowing that all will be righteously judged.
