DON’T WORRY GOD KNOWS WHO DEPENDS ON HIM

Matthew 6:28-30

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith?

Even the great Solomon depended on God. He had his choice, God asked what he wanted, and he chose wisdom and used it wisely. But even Solomon and all his glory and clothes and riches knew that it was only because God gave him those things and that he couldn’t take them with him. Today we let society play such a part in the “who and what we are” that it can cause to do things we know are not right. It can cause us to affect our health because we work too hard to “meet the needs.” It can cause us to treat others wrongly because we want what we want when we want it. But most of all it will cause us to take our eyes off God and what we should be doing. That is praising, worshipping, serving God and teaching others about Jesus and what He has done and will do in their life. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS. Knowing that he knows who depends on him.
