ONLY CHRIST BRING FULL CONTENTMENT

Hebrews 13:5-6

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”

Contentment, what does it take to make you content? Marriage, money, success, possessions? These are all things that God controls and will give His faithful children. But when we put these things before Christ, they become our gods, and our happiness is not fulfilling anymore. Learning to trust and know that God will never leave us nor forsake us is part of our Spiritual Maturity. Nothing on earth can give us the peace and joy that Christ can. Without Christ we can never be sure of happiness. Eternal life is the way to that joy. Be satisfied with what God gives us and do God’s work and we will be blessed beyond our wildest dreams.

ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and KNOW that only JESUS CHRIST can bring a life full of contentment!!!
