PEACE IN JESUS

Philippians 4:7

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

4:7 God’s peace is different from the world’s peace (see John 14:27). True peace is not found in positive thinking, in the absence of conflict, or good feelings. It comes from knowing that God is in control. Our citizenship in Christ’s kingdom is sure, our destiny is set, and we can have victory over sin. Let God’s peace guard your heart against anxiety. You know there is some peace we can understand, world peace, wouldn’t that be great. There are peace and tranquility. How nice is it to be somewhere quiet and soothing, like on a camping trip by a lake that is calm and smooth as glass? And the peace of forgiven sins. And one of the unexplainable is the peace of our soul and mind that we experience but can’t explain. That can only be because of the grace and mercy Jesus gives us. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and let Him give you the peace that only He can give.
