POPULARITY CAN CAUSE BELIEF, BUT FAITH STAYS FOREVER
John 2:23-25
23 Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival, many people saw the signs he was performing and believed in his name. But 24 Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people. 25 He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person.
2:23-25 The Son of God knows all about human nature. Jesus was well aware of the truth of Jeremiah 17:9, which states, “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” Jesus was discerning, and he knew that the faith of some followers was superficial. Some of the same people claiming to believe in Jesus at this time would later yell “Crucify him!” It’s easy to believe when it is exciting and everyone else believes the same way. But keep your faith firm even when it isn’t popular to follow Christ. Tyndale. Life Application Study Bible NIV
Well we can cetainly say being a Christian has become "NOT POPULAR". Seems like every other religion in the world is acceptable and CHRISTIANITY has become under fire from everyway possible. from break the family to evil being good. and people saying and using our Biblical beliefs saying we are evil because we dont go along with society and its standards that are contrary to what Gods word tell us is wrong or sin!!ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS even if it means you loose all popularity and are all alone, because with FAITH in JESUS you are never alone and JESUS will NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU!!!!
