Philippians 3:1 New International Version (NIV)
3 Further, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you Philippians 3:1 New International Version (NIV)
How often do we see the word rejoice, be joyful, be filled with joy? Only joy can come from Jesus. Being able to be joyful in times of trouble or pain can only come with the love of Christ. As I set in prison, I learned more and more every day of what Paul felt and dealt with in prison. But I also learn how to have that joy and how to rejoice in what God gives and where He puts you. But no matter where you are or what you encounter, know that God is in control and He does know of all of your troubles and cares very much for each one of us. Satan causes us to sin and look away from God. Satan wants to steal, kill and destroy our joy. Remember anytime you have troubles it could always be worse. Learn to thank God instead of complain. Learn to love God in all of our life. And keep Satan pushed behind.
