2A person may think their own ways are right, but the LORD weighs the heart.

21: 2   People may mistakenly think they are doing what is right, but God sees the motives behind their actions. We often have to make choices in areas where the best action is difficult to discern. We can help ourselves make such decisions by trying to identify our motives first and then asking, Would God be pleased with my real reasons for doing this? God is not pleased when we do good deeds only to serve our own interests.

Well I guess I was just about one of the most manipulative people out there! Also very self serving and very wrong in my justifications, because this one is another of my short comings by doing wrong but justifying it by saying I was helping the people selling dope for me by helping pay their rent or even buying Christmas presents for all the kids. As sinners we can come up with some of the stupidest responses in order to say we are doing things that help others and therefore GOD will think we are doing good deeds. HAHA we can't fool GOD only others and ourselves when we knowingly try to sell lies in the place of truth!!

ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and make sure all you do is for the right reasons so it is pleasing to GOD!! By Richard Dean Brooks
