SEVEN THINGS GOD DETESTS

Proverbs 6:16-19

16 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: 17: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, 18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, 19 a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

Haughty eyes, pride, arrogance, so often it is easy to prideful, “I did such and such:” and we forget without God I can do nothing, a lying tongue, nobody likes a liar, it starts as children, and progresses into adulthood unless it is corrected when we are young. Murder to take another life. Christ gave His life for you and I . Why would you ever take another life? Dissension that is one we have to be careful. How often do we get caught in the gossip circle, or do we find ourselves talking bad about someone. Or even trying to get someone to dislike someone just because we don’t like them. We only have to look at today's politics to see the malice and dissension that the politicians and media are trying to do to their opponents. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and again don’t get caught in the rank and file of God’s dislikes.
