SPIRIT OF POWER, LOVE, AND SELF DISCIPLINE

2 Timothy 1:7

1:17 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

This is a scripture of characteristics of a Christian. God doesn’t want is to be shy. Thru the Holy Spirit He gives us power, Love, and self-discipline. How often do we use the power to speak out for Christ? How often do we love as Christ loved us? And how often do we strike out at others when we should control our emotions and show the love God gives us? Learn to be what Christ wants us to be, Christians who use his power to speak the gospel, love others as we do ourselves, and discipline ourselves to show Christ in our lives instead of showing the ways of the world.

ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and always show that spirit of power, love, and self discipline.
