SUDDEN CHANGE & VETERANS DAY

Acts 9:18-22

9:18-22 “ Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized, 19 and after taking some food, he regained his strength. Saul spent several days with the disciples in Damascus. 20 At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God. 21 All those who heard him were astonished and asked, “Isn’t he the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And hasn’t he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?” 22 Yet Saul grew more and more powerful and baffled the Jews living in Damascus by proving that Jesus is the Messiah.”

When Saul was changed to Paul, it was a sudden change. But it took the Holy Spirit and Paul’s blindness to get his attention. When Paul fell to the ground, blind, and heard the voice of Jesus, he knew something supernatural had happened. He knew he was to be a changed man. After his strength and sight was restored he went out to the people and started preaching the Gospel of Jesus, and many were astonished at his change. Today we don’t see things happen in such supernatural ways, but, like Paul, others around us should see and know that Jesus has come into our lives by the way we present ourselves and live our life. Jesus should make a change in your life. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and make a sudden change in your life.

VETERANS DAY

Veterans Day is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11, for honoring military veterans, that is, persons who have served in the United States Armed Forces. It coincides with other holidays including Armistice Day and Remembrance Day which are celebrated in other countries that mark the anniversary of the end of World War I. HAPPY VETERANS DAY TO ALL OUR VETERANS THAT SERVED IN OUR PROTECTION OF OUR GREAT COUNTRY . AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO GAVE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE.
