THE MESSENGER

Proverbs 13:17

17 A wicked messenger falls into trouble, but a trustworthy envoy brings healing.

13:17 In Solomon’s day, a king had to rely on messengers for information about his country. These messengers had to be trustworthy. Inaccurate information could even lead to bloodshed. Reliable communication is still vital. If the message received is different from the message sent, marriages, businesses, and diplomatic relations can all break down. It is important to choose your words well and to avoid reacting until you clearly understand what the other person means. Tyndale. Life Application Study Bible NIV.

In today's society and social media, we see the perfect example of the imperfect messenger. God also sees this and knows when its done in malicious content. Today's politics have overtaken the truth in much of society. Peoples lives although lived correctly are torn apart by the people that think their wants in the political spectrum should be what they want. Which as usual are money and status? When you are the messenger are you bringing the truth of the Gospel or are you bringing the ways of the world.

ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and let your message be one of truth. “Jesus is the Way, the truth and the light.” And show your leadership as a messenger for Christ.
