THINK LIKE THE LORD NOT YOURSELF

Ephesians 4:17-19

17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. 18 They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 19 Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.

You know since we are all sinners, our natural thoughts are sinful thoughts or thoughts full of selfishness and pride. And we try to explain our way out of our troubles or how God is not helping us. But what they don’t remember is God NEVER promised us an easy life or a life without trials or temptations. What He did was give us a way of salvation thru Jesus Christ. And in that change, we will want to do as God’s word show us how to live which in today’s society seems to be not acceptable because it is contrary to the belief of I, me, and my. Christ came to serve, give His life, and show us the way to an eternal life in heaven, even in the face of a Godless society. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and know that as we walk with Jesus we will learn to live a life as Jesus wants us to.
